A Convergence of Divergence

Join a community of adults who identify as neurodivergent or are curious if they experience neurodivergence. This group will meet together and engage in “parallel play”. This means sharing a physical space while doing separate, individual activities.  Some activities could include reading, coloring, doodling, painting, knitting, crocheting, organizing paperwork, making lists, playing a game, or doing a puzzle. Some materials will be provided and you are encouraged to bring your own if you appreciate working on something specific.  There will be no pressure to converse, but conversation may naturally take place. Headphones are welcomed for sensitivities and/or to listen to music. Fidgets and soothing objects are encouraged, as well. This event is presented by library staff.
