Tummy Time

Tummy Time is a crucial activity for babies to build muscles in their neck, shoulders, and arms. Caregivers and babies are invited to socialize while the babies work on these skills at the Valley Community Library. We will also include a book and music for a well-balanced program. Space is limited. Registration is required.
