Focus Group: Healthy Communities

Join the Focus Group! The Township of Verona is seeking input from individuals who experience barriers in their daily lives, as well as family members, caregivers, and advocates. Your feedback will help guide future improvements and priorities. The Inclusive Healthy Communities (IHC) Initiative is aimed at improving accessibility, inclusion, independence, and quality of life for people with disabilities in our community. The Township is working in partnership with New Jersey Future and a community Leadership Team to assess local resources, services, and the built environment to better understand how Verona can become a more accessible, inclusive, and supportive community for residents of all abilities. This initiative will lead to a long-term Inclusive Healthy Communities Action Plan , helping guide local improvements that remove barriers and expand opportunities for participation, health, and well-being for people with disabilities.
