Instantly recognized around the world thanks to their trunks and tusks, Elephants are the worlds biggest land mammals. But these magnificent creatures are so much more than bulky bodies and long noses. They have highly sensitized physical, social and emotional capabilities that make them a favorite of animal lovers. They say an Elephant never forgets. Is that true and if so, why is that possible? Our Wild Side walk with Elephants will go through Africa and Asia, exploring the world of the largest Pachyderm. (Please note this program is for a mature audience and may include graphic content about animal behavior.) Presented by Pam Witt, former educator and guide at the San Francisco Zoo.
