The Company We Keep (InToto Creative Arts)

**Event Description:** Join us at the Central Library for two enriching events: "The Company We Keep" and "Community Connection." "The Company We Keep," hosted by InToto Creative Arts, is an ongoing art exhibition located in the Art Gallery on the East 1st Floor. This exhibit showcases artwork by participants in InToto Creative Arts’ community-centered, healing arts program, featuring a diverse range of media that explores how identities are shaped by relationships, place, and shared experiences. A highlight of the exhibition is a collaborative textile collage that celebrates the individuality and interconnectedness of the Birmingham community. This initiative is made possible by a grant from the Alabama State Council on the Arts and invites audiences of all ages, from babies to seniors. In addition, every Tuesday from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., "Community Connection" takes place on the first and third floors of the Central Library.
