North Vernon Vet-to-Vet Peer Support Meetings provide a safe, welcoming, and respectful environment where veterans can connect with fellow veterans who understand the challenges associated with military service. Our meetings focus on peer support, education, encouragement, and community engagement while fostering open discussion about issues that may affect veterans and their families, including PTSD, moral injury, depression, anxiety, substance abuse, and suicide prevention. North Vernon Vet-to-Vet is a peer support organization. We are not doctors, therapists, counselors, or mental health professionals. We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or counseling services. Instead, we offer peer-to-peer support, shared experiences, educational information, and referrals to professional resources when appropriate.
