Kayaking 101

Kayaking is a great way to explore your state parks, but there are a few things to learn before your first trip on the water. This session will cover the basics of flatwater kayaking, followed by a short paddle on the lake. This program is restricted to ages 12 and up who have little to no experience paddling. Kayaks, paddles, and PFDs provided or you may bring your own. Space is limited.Those under 16 years old must be accompanied by an adult.Pre-registration required by 4pm the day prior.
