In this interactive workshop, participants will learn about ten key moments in disability history, ranging from the 1800s to the present. Particular focus will be given to Boston and Massachusetts. ASL interpretation and CART services will be provided. The Commonwealth Salon is accessible via a short flight of six steps or a lift. About the speaker Sylvie Rosenkalt is the Accessibility and Inclusion Training Specialist for the City of Boston Disabilities Commission. She is a disabled educator, organizer and cultural worker.
