FS8 x Haymarket Pilates Pop-Up

Start your morning with movement and energy. Join us in the Gardens of Haymarket for a 45-minute Pilates-inspired outdoor workout led by Jacquelyn from FS8, Louisville’s newest Pilates, Tone, and Yoga studio opening this August in the Middletown/Douglas Hills area. Beginning at 9:00 AM, this all-levels class blends elements of Pilates, and strength training to deliver a fun, full-body workout in the beauty of the gardens. After class, refuel and unwind at the market, each ticket holder receives 10% off at Haymarket on the day of the class. Admission is $20 plus taxes and fees.
