Caregiver & Me Yoga

Connect with your child through yoga! This class incorporates yoga poses, breathing techniques, music, and games in a safe and engaging way. The class is open to children of all abilities, ages 2-5.  Please bring a mat if possible (we also have some available to borrow) and come prepared to have fun! Registration required -- please register the child only.
