From event site: The wrack line is the ocean's record of everything that lived, traveled, and washed ashore. On this exploration of Duxbury Beach, learn to interpret the remains cast up by the tide: shells, seaweed, crab molts, egg cases, and other fragments that tell the story of marine life offshore. On this walk, you won't just observe objects—you will learn the ecological stories behind what washes ashore, connecting marine life, natural cycles, and coastal processes in an engaging, hands-on way. Mass Audubon is grateful for the generosity of the Duxbury Beach Reservation Inc. for funding this program and for their service and dedication to protecting the critical resource we know as Duxbury Beach. Meet on the ocean side of the Powder Point Bridge at the intersection with Gurnet Rd on Duxbury Beach. After crossing the bridge, there is a small building on the right—let them know you are there for the Mass Audubon program, and they will direct you to park in the small parking lot
