Connect, learn, and grow with Wellness Wednesdays with ALIVE Inc! Every first Wednesday of the month, drop in for a low-pressure learning environment focusing on mental health and shared connection. You’ll learn skills to help you manage and regulate your emotions; decompress with a mindful crafting activity; and share compassionate conversations. Lunch will be provided by the Jax Project and peer support specialists from ALIVE Inc will be on-site to help you navigate life’s challenges.
