Carlisle 4 Kids Back to School Event

Carlisle 4 Kids is an annual community event held every August, dedicated to supporting local students by providing them with the resources they need to succeed in the upcoming school year. In partnership with the United Way of Carlisle & Cumberland County, school supplies are collected through the Fill the Bus campaign, along with donations from local businesses and monetary contributions. Backpacks filled with supplies are then distributed to K-12 students, with no restrictions based on school district locations. Before leaving, students and their families also have the opportunity to meet with local organizations to explore additional support they may need. Carlisle 4 Kids is on Tuesday, August 11 from 2:00 to 5:30 p.m.
