Blue Ball Tavern Tours

Join us for a series of engaging events at Little Buffalo State Park on September 6th! First, visit the historic Blue Ball Tavern museum from 1-4 PM to explore its rich history. Then, immerse yourself in nature with our educational programs, including "Tracks & Traces," where you can learn about Pennsylvania's mammal species and create your own pawprint mold. Participate in "Magnificent Monarchs," a leisurely walk to discover monarch caterpillars and learn tips on attracting butterflies to your backyard. Lastly, experience the "Monarch Watch Butterfly Tagging," featuring a presentation on monarch migration, followed by a guided walk to catch, tag, and release these beautiful butterflies.
