Soar in 4 is Manatee Countys initiative to ensure all early learners and their families have the opportunities and support they need for success in preschool, school and beyond. Join Soar and 4 representatives in the library for some fun songs, free books, and information. No registration required Ages 1-4 Registration is encouraged for reminders and follow-up survey but registration does not guarantee a space. This event is first-come, first served.
