Sand Sculpture Competition, Deam Lake State Recreation Area

The 9th annual Sand Sculpture Competition will take place Sunday, September 6th, 2026 from 1:00 PM - 3:00 PM at the Deam Lake Beach. Prizes will be awarded to the top 3 designs! Sign up starting at 12:30 at the beach concessions or the Forest Education Center. Don't forget your sand tools, buckets, sunscreen and flip flops!
