ROCKS, ROCK! Sand Candles, Paynetown SRA (Monroe Lake)

Sand Candles from 10:30 a.m. to 12 p.m. Paynetown SRA, Swimming Beach DROP BY to learn where sand comes from (why does it look different at different beaches?) and sculpt a mold in the beach sand, which will be filled with wax to create a unique candle! Candles must be picked up between 1 and 4 p.m. today on the patio at the Activity Center. Suggested donation of $2 per candle to help cover supply costs.
