Preschool Story Hour (ages 3-5)

HAPL Preschool Hour is a beautiful tradition that builds literacy and nurtures children’s social skills. It is for children 3–5 years old and their caregivers. Older or younger siblings that do not meet the age requirements for this event are welcome to participate in other activities in the main library area during preschool time. Each week has a different theme, but the activities will not change between Tuesday and Thursday; therefore, please only sign up for one Preschool Hour event per week. However, you are welcome to sign up for Preschool Hour + Wee Make Music in the same week if your child meets the age requirements for each event. This week’s theme is: Astronauts. Sharing books and reading together is the best way to raise a reader.
