Exploring S.T.E.A.M. Paths

Careers in S. T. E. A. M. are oftentimes narrowed down as the medical or engineering fields, but it is so much more than that. In this series, we will meet a professional in an overlooked S. T. E. A. M. field and hear about their journey to get where they are in their career and learn what the future holds for the youth in S. T. E. A. M.. The lecture is followed by a related demonstration and activity. This month meet: ___________, a professional in the Mathematics field. This program is presented in partnership with the Science Across America campaign. The campaign provides libraries with resources and support to highlight the history of scientific achievement in our country, and the local connections to science in our communities.
