A HELPING HAND in your neighborhood provided by your municipality. Services for all library patrons:Supportive care for mental health crises. General social service referrals. (Connecting people to appropriate services) Assistance in applying for online benefits (food stamps, housing, heating) Open in-library office hours on Wednesdays from 2-4pm. Services for Mt Lebanon residents:If you are a resident of Mt. Lebanon you are eligible to receive on-going, individualized case management services. You will receive direct counseling for a variety of support services. These services include employment seeking, assistance in procuring financial resources, mental health services, or all of the above. If you are a Mt.
