Returning to school can bring a mix of excitement, pressure, and big transitions. This group offers a supportive space for students to talk openly about back-to-school stress, adjusting to new routines, and the challenges of balancing academics, activities, and personal life. Together, we'll explore practical time management strategies, build coping skills for balancing responsibilities, and develop tools to feel more organized and confident throughout the semester. This group is also a space to connect with others going through similar experiences, build community, share support, and even have some fun along the way.
