Writing Hour

Do you have a story idea that you’ve had floating in your head for years, but you’ve never taken the time to breathe life into your characters or world? Have you been meaning to hone your writing skill? Writing Hour is a parallel work group that will utilize the Pomodoro technique, excellent for helping procrastinators and perfectionists alike. Participants will spend the first ten minutes discussing their writing intentions for the session. Afterwards, we alternate between intervals of writing and short breaks for the rest of the first hour. In the second hour, we'll workshop problems that are preventing you from getting your words onto paper!  Just bring your creativity! Prompts will be provided if you don’t have a project planned.
