Join award-winning poet and Emmanuel College professor Dr. Monique-Adelle Callahan D. for a free poetry writing workshop. You'll read inspiring poems, respond to engaging writing prompts, and explore how poetry can help us notice the world more deeply. The purpose is learning not only to appreciate poems but to also understand how they invite us to feel, imagine, and see the world in new ways.Each week we’ll explore a different theme, such as: Home & the CityFamily & FriendshipNature & the EnvironmentLove & RelationshipsSpirituality & Faith This workshop is open to all experienced levels — from beginners to seasoned poets, this welcoming workshop offers a space to slow down, reflect, and discover the power of your own voice through poetry.
