Industry-Led Career Access for Black Fashion Talent Black Fashion Career Day (BFCD) is the flagship program of Black Fashion World Foundation , designed to operationalize access for BIPOC fashion talent through direct connection with industry leaders. In a relationship-driven industry that remains opaque and difficult to navigate, BFCD closes the information gap by providing real career transmission—not just inspiration. Black Fashion Career Day is open to anyone building a career or business in fashion — whether you're an aspiring designer, stylist, marketer, entrepreneur, or creative professional.
