Transgender/Nonbinary Community Group (18+) IN PERSON

Join our inclusive community gatherings at The Frederick Center, located at 5 East 2nd Street, Frederick, MD. We offer two distinct groups: 1. **Transgender/Nonbinary Community Group (18+)**: This free in-person group welcomes transgender and gender nonbinary adults, providing a safe space to discuss topics such as identity, coming out, and gender exploration. Meetings are held on the first Wednesday of each month from 7-9 p.m., facilitated by a trans/GNC identified leader. Significant others are also welcome. For questions, contact msimpson@thefrederickcenter.org. 2. **Youth Group (Ages 13 - 17)**: Aimed at LGBTQ+ youth ages 14 to 18, this peer community group meets weekly on Wednesdays from 7:00-8:30 p.m. Activities focus on education, support, and friendship-building in a safe and welcoming environment.
