Noontime Poetry Society

This group is for poetry readers, poetry writers , and the poetically curious alike! For the first half hour we take turns, taking the lectern and reading aloud together from whole poetry collections. Whenever we finish one , we vote on the next. We’re currently reading Women Poets from Antiquity to Now . The second half is devoted to poetic reflection, news, and the sharing of poems of your own (that you’ve written, recently discovered , or old faves ) . There’s a take – home prompt at the end for your own poetic practice. We hope to see you there!
