We’re thrilled to welcome back a familiar face from White Marsh Mall’s history—Miss Kitty Balloons! From 1981 to 2018, Miss Kitty delighted generations of shoppers with her colorful balloons, cheerful personality, and unforgettable clown costume. She became a beloved part of the White Marsh Mall experience, creating lasting memories for countless families. For our 45th Anniversary Celebration, Miss Kitty will once again don her iconic outfit to greet guests and hand out special giveaways.
