New Mom Support Group

New moms are invited to join Licensed Professional Counselor, Sara Rader, for a time of connection, learning, and support. Participants will learn about postpartum mental health & habits to support their well-being, while connecting with other new moms in a supportive space. Open to moms with babies under the age of 2; babies are welcome. Sara Rader (LPC/MHSP) is a licensed therapist in private practice in Goodlettsville, TN, specializing in perinatal mental health & trauma recovery.
