USTA Youth Tennis Lessons Summer (Grades 3-8) (Portland High School- Tennis Courts)

Led by a USTA-approved coach, the Tennis in the Parks program will focus on developing the skills to serve, rally and play - so it’s perfect for beginners and first-time players. We focus on FUN and learning the basics through play. This program uses modified tennis balls, age-appropriate rackets and the latest engaging activities that help players successfully learn and play the game quicker. All players in their first session receive and keep a new age-appropriate racquet and ball! All coaches, team managers, and parent volunteers are required to be Safe Play approved and background checked through USTA New England. If at least 5 of 6 sessions have been completed and all attempts have been made to make up the last session, the season will be considered completed and no refunds will be issued. If fewer than 5 sessions are completed, a refund or credit will be issued to participants.

Kids (6-8)
