Registration is required. There are two options: Print and complete this form. Call the Maumee Senior Center at 419.893.1994 Once registered, meal pick-up is 12:15 – 1 p.m. on Mondays and Fridays. You must call 419.893.1994 24 hours before your desired meal pick-up to reserve your meal.
