Girl Scouts Love State Parks Day: Camping Skills

We are celebrating Girl Scouts Love State Parks Day with some special programs just for Girl Scouts. We will be offering three programs to boost your camping skills. Pre-registration is requested for planning purposes by noon Thursday, September 10. Please call George at 814- 733-4892 or contact me by e-mail at Gbarner@pa.gov to register an individual or group for this event. You can register for all sessions or for certain sessions by indicating the sessions that you would like to attend in the comments when registering. The program schedule includes: Fire Building from 9:00 am – 10:00 am Camp Cooking from 10:30 am – 12:00 pm Campsite Setup Tips from 1:30 pm – 2:30 pm (If you have a tent, please bring it with you) Access for People with Disabilities If you need an accommodation to participate in park activities due to a disability, please contact George Barner at 814-733-4218 or by e-mail at RA-NRSPSHAWEES@pa.gov.
