Lamaze Half-Day Workshop

Taught by experienced certified birth doulas and Lamaze educators with extensive knowledge of New Jersey hospital systems and maternity care practices, classes focus on practical preparation, real-world birth education, and supportive decision-making. We combine evidence-based information with hands-on coping techniques, movement, breath work, and partner support in a welcoming, nonjudgmental environment. Our goal is to help families walk into birth feeling prepared, grounded, and a whole lot less intimidated by the process. A thoughtful alternative to traditional hospital-based classes.
