The ChallengeIn this "evolve or go extinct" workshop, you’ll brainstorm a revolutionary product, build a rapid-fire prototype from our stash of supplies, and prepare a pitch that would make a T-Rex tremble. Whether it’s a gadget for the modern world or a tool for the Mesozoic, your goal is to secure the only capital that matters: The Library’s Stamp of Approval. How It WorksThe Build: You’ll have limited time to turn raw materials into a "functional" prototype. The Pitch: Step up to the Shush Tank and present your vision to our panel of stony-faced judges. The Funding: Convince the "Raptors" to invest their (fake) library funds in your dream. The Catch: Beware! Every deal comes with a 30-day checkout period—if your idea doesn't "return" results, you might just face a $0.20-a-day penalty from the librarians! This program is for teens in grades 6–12. This event will require event passes. Event passes are free and available to participants on the day
