Free Family Cooking Class

The Sylvia Center and Germantown Library present two FREE hour long virtual cooking classes. Participants will be provided with free ingredient kits for each class feeding 4-6. Please pick up your free ingredient kit between 3:30pm and 5:00pm on the day of the class at the Library For both classes we will be focusing on a vegetarian recipe that highlights local produce from our learning garden in Kinderhook. During the hour there will be opportunities for learning, whether its knife skills, a new cooking technique or exploring a new cuisine. This Zoom class will run from 5:30-6:30pm.
