Sewing for Beginners

Guthrie Memorial Library is pleased to offer a two part beginner's sewing class on Monday, September 14th and Tuesday, September 14th from 6:00 - 8:00 pm. Registration is REQUIRED and space is limited to two students per session. In the first class, you will learn the basics of sewing for beginners, using our machines and instruction from our guest expert Kristina Trujillo of Sew Fun in Hanover. In the second class, you will apply your skills to sew your very own tote bag. Machines and supplies are provided. Participants must read and sign our Makerspace Policy and Waiver - Coming Soon.
