Yoga in the Amphitheatre with Denyse Robinson

@ Yoga in the Amphitheatre is back! Enjoy breathtaking views of Camden Harbor while being guided through a sequence of Yoga poses that are at once grounding and uplifting. Classes are taught by Denyse Robinson, Certified Yoga Teacher, and will be held on Tuesdays and Fridays at 9:00 am through October. In July, yoga will also be held on Mondays and Thursdays at 7:45 am . We link breath with movement, and mindfulness as we move together through an ever changing sequence of seated, standing, balance, forward folds, backbends and mildly inverted poses.
