Forest Therapy Walk

Join ANFT Certified Forest Therapy Guide and DCNR Conservation Volunteer Matt Shope for a guided Forest Therapy Walk on Friday, September 4th, from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM on the Red Rock Trail at Nescopeck State Park. Designed to help you slow down, unplug, and connect with nature, this slow-paced sensory experience requires sturdy footwear and weather-appropriate clothing. Please meet park staff at the Lake Frances Parking Lot by 11:45 AM to allow enough time to walk to the trailhead.
