Sunset Yoga

Unwind Outdoors with Sunset Yoga Join Montgomery Parks for beginner yoga classes at Lake Needwood (15700 Needwood Lake Circle, Rockville, MD 20855) on Monday evenings from 7 to 8 pm, starting on July 13, 2026. Unwind from your day by breathing fresh air, enjoying nature around you while flowing through a meditative outdoor yoga practice. These classes will have step-by-step instructions and will offer variations to help fit all flexibility and fitness levels. Each class is a drop-in event, so no registration is required. Please be sure to bring your own yoga mat and a filled water bottle. Join us on any or all yoga days!
