"The American Revolution," A Documentary Film | The Impact of the Revolution on the Daily Lives of Americans

In partnership with WETA PBS, experience a six-part speaker series where each event will be followed by a special screening of The American Revolution, a film by Ken Burns, Sarah Botstein, and David Schmidt. Each screening will focus on a different theme of the Revolutionary War. Presented by Historic Fredericksburg Foundation, Inc. Explore how the American Revolution affected people and places in George Washington’s hometown, from his era to today. After the lecture, stay for a special 30-minute screening of the PBS documentary series, The American Revolution by Ken Burns focusing on the American’s spirit of service during the Revolutionary War.
