Middle Essex Fall Practices and Games

Join the Middle Essex Fall Practices for an engaging Tennis in the Parks program designed for children from Pre-K to Grade 10, focusing on Orange/Green Ball Tennis for Grades 4-10. This program offers a fun, educational environment where kids can develop essential tennis skills like serving, rallying, and playing, catering especially to beginners and first-time players. Participants will engage in enjoyable matches with peers, while the Tiny Tanners, Red Ball, and Orange Ball programs use modified tennis balls, age-appropriate rackets, and smaller court sizes to enhance their learning experience. Led by the experienced Coach Maria Schena, who brings over 30 years of teaching expertise, the practices are scheduled for Tuesdays and Thursdays from September to October. Participants are encouraged to bring water and a tennis racket (extra rackets are available), and in case of inclement weather, make-up lessons will be arranged.
