Library After Hours: Live Music with KevPowe Thang

Local band Kev Powe Thang has a cool sound that flows through R&B, funk, rock, and jazz that they're amped to be bringing to the Waldorf West library! You won't want to miss this dynamic and exciting performance! Please note: this is a Library After Hours event and takes place when the library is normally closed. Doors will open for the public for the event at 6:45 PM. About the Presenter: Kev Powe Thang is a Funk Rock Blues Band comprised of some of DMV's most talented Musicians. Kev Powe Sr, Guitarist of 50 years, has performed with an array of National Performing Artists, such as Marcus Miller, Meli'sa Morgan, Natalie Cole, Terence Blanchard, Mikki Howard, Kevin Whalum, Lynne Fiddmont, Cindy Bailey, Oli Silk, Al Turner, Julian Vaughn, just to name a few.
