Tree ID Walk

Join the park naturalist for a sunday stroll around RB Winter State Park to look at our trees. Learn how to identify common tree species based on their leaf shape and arrangment using a dichotomous key! Please meet at the Environmental Learning Center for a brief presentation into leaf identification, then we will practice identifying some trees in the park! If you need an accommodation to participate in park activities due to a disability, please contact the park you plan to visit. With at least seven days’ notice, interpreters for people who are deaf or hard of hearing are available for programs.
