Their services don't wait for a crisis to happen – the prevention case managers at O’Connell Children's Shelter are there to stop a crisis from happening in the first place. Case managers from the O’Connell Children’s Shelter will be at Lawrence Public Library to help you learn more about youth and family services in the Douglas County area.
