Knox Co. 2nd Saturday Speaker Series – Crime & Punishment

Event Hosted By: Knox County Public Library This is the tenth of 12 monthly presentations, offered free of charge to the public every second Saturday of the month from 2–3 PM. These events are held at different venues, and the Knox County Community Learning Kitchen provides complimentary snacks connected to the theme. October’s presentation will cover historical perspectives on crime and punishment during the American Revolution, Early Republic, and beyond. The session will be presented by local historian Norbert Brown. This event is FREE and part of a 12-part speaker series held every second Saturday (2–3 PM) throughout 2026 at various venues.
