Relax the body and mind. Let the waters fill and flow from you. Breathing exercises you can do to slow down or to build focus throughout your day. This is the second of a four part summer series of wellness sessions to help you find inner peace and maintain well-being through the day. This event is free, but registration is required. We will be working on the grass in the mansion garden, so feel free to bring a yoga mat or towel if you would rather not sit on the ground. Please be sure to arrive prior to the start time (9:00 AM) as the gates to the parking area will be closed at that time.
