Relax the body and mind. Practices that you can use everyday to find a moment of peace and relaxation, whether it is first thing in the morning or as a nighttime ritual. This is the first of four 1-hour wellness sessions to help you find inner peace and maintain well-being through the day. This event is free, but registration is required. We will be working on the grass in the mansion garden, so feel free to bring a yoga mat or towel if you would rather not sit on the ground. Please be sure to arrive prior to the start time (9:00 AM) as the gates to the parking area will be closed at that time.
