Join us to celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month with a class that explores the mighty bean. They may be humble and affordable, but have the magic to transform any meal as they have across generations and borders. They are a nutrient dense staple, a valuable source of protein for vegetarians, and above all, a symbol of home. We'll learn techniques for cooking beans from scratch and building layers of flavor, turning something simple into something soulful.
