Special Needs Enrichment Hour: From Sea to Shining Sea Paper Fish

Join us for a creative Hanging Paper Fish Craft designed for developmentally delayed adults. Participants will make colorful paper fish using simple materials and decorate them with fun patterns, textures and shapes. Once finished, the fish can be hung up to create a cheerful ocean-themed decoration. This hands-on program encourages creativity, fine motor skills and social connection in a supportive environment. All supplies will be provided, and staff will be available to assist as needed. This program is presented by library staff.
