Wellness in the Garden

There is no place better to use your senses (the smells, the sights, the feel and the sounds) than in a garden. Did you know that sensory experiences in a natural environment supports your health and well-being? During this program with guest educator Sue Schiemer you will learn about nature-based wellness benefits while spending time engaging your senses and exploring the Nescopeck State Park Butterfly Garden. Yoga mats, beach towels, and blankets are welcome to support participation at ground level. Registration is required. Space is limited. $15/person. Plese arrive early to pay at the front desk.
