Women in the Wild Kayaking

Teen girls and women are invited to join us for an evening paddle. To avoid the need for shuttling, this program will involve paddling upriver. We'll then turn around and float back to the park's launch. Additional program considerations: *Participants will be required to wear a life jacket the entire time they are on the water. *Participants will be asked to assist with carrying kayaks to the launch area, which involves maneuvering heavy objects while traveling on sloped and uneven terrain. *Paddling against a current requires extra effort.
